- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Cannot stand this bank. I switched here only because I moved to New York for a year and this was the only bank in Arkansas and up there I could find close. The service I have had with them over the last year and a half has been abysmal. Hidden fees, extra charges, had a customer service rep tell me sorry that is the policy, and that I could zero out my account at a nearby location if I wanted to. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Despite what other reviewers are saying, I've had nothing but great experiences at this location! The staff is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile. I've even had them stay after close to make sure I was well taken care of. BoA has an amazing technology platform and is great for businesses of any size!
