- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I've been using them for about a year now and couldn't say enough about how much they help me. A Couple of my packages were misdelivered by other carrier services and staff at the UPS store worked very hard to help me get my packages. I probably have 10 -20 packages a week delivered there and they take care of me. I have to assume that the negative past reviews were directed towards a different group of staff members.By David Horn, May 10, 2017
