- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Got to love government employees who can care less about doing their jobs. I was on hold for over 45 minutes then when I finally get a person on the lady said "hello" and I then said "I'm looking to get me vehicle assessed and wanted to know what the taxes would be for it. Before I could even start to give her my information she said "ok" and then hung up. Called back "all lines are busy"....WTF???By Dwayne Franklin, Sr, May 11, 2017
- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Most of my experiences with this office has been pretty smooth and professional. However, today, their offices are open and I have tried calling them 7 times in a row (very small gaps in between), each time, the phone rings for 2 minutes and then it disconnects due to no one answering. I understand that they might be understaffed right now due to the upcoming holiday, but they should at least be able to hop on the phone and say "Please hold" or something sometime within a 20 minute period.By Nathan Malone, March 22, 2017
