  I never come to this bank without spending 30 minutes waiting on Mary to process my deposit. I bring a single deposit everyday and everyday she says "it's going to be a minute." She is slow and rude. She has consistently messed up my deposit, which resulted in me almost being written up because several checks weren't processed. Thankfully the bank manager found them and processed them correctly. My job requires me to use this bank branch otherwise I would go somewhere else. I have submitted a request to use the one downtown. As long as Mary is employed here, do not use this bank!!
